I am Pete Whitlow, the founder of My Career Partners. Thank you for visiting this site. I would like to use my experience and background to be your partner in your job search! I am a seasoned business professional who has spent nearly 20 years working as a Human Resources executive for three major companies, TJX, Macy’s, and Benevis. During my tenure, with these companies, I have had the opportunity to coach, lead, interview, and mentor many candidates seeking employment. I understand the value and importance of selecting the right person for all levels of an organization. I would like to utilize the knowledge I have gained and assist you in taking the angst of your job search.
I am experienced in leading teams, executive coaching, developing and executing recruitment strategies, employee relations, as well as learning and development. I have been recognized by his business partners for my ability to develop trusting and creditable relationships. One of my core values is giving back. For many years, I have assisted family members, friends, and complete strangers with their resumes and job search.
I am a member of SHRM-Atlanta. I volunteer for Roswell United Methodist Church job networking program were I review resumes for those searching for a job.
